영문 초록

This research paper describes the activation of economic trade between South Korea and India are rapidly measures being discussed are important at a time when our companies can take advantage of the CEPA and India even more ways to browse through India's import and export customs clearance system. Korea-India CEPA's preferential tariff in order to increase the economic and trade, first of all, there is a separate one-India CEPA and the APTA agreement depending on the preferences of each agreement the tariff applies. Second, to receive preferential tariff applied to the origin of goods shall be accepted as a. Third, the origin of the goods imported mountain parts can be used in articles. In order to take advantage of the Korea-India CEPA more than anything else, proves the origin and application of the accurate way the tariff agreement is needed. In addition, the country of origin must be submitted to the verifiable material. And the exact rules of origin will have to apply.
