국문 초록

최근 지하공간에서의 인적재난으로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있지만, 아직 국내에서는 지하공간 안전관리에 대한 규정 및 법규가 미약한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지하다중이용시설의 안전관리 체계 구축방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 사고 발생 시 많은 피해가 예상되는 지하도 상가를 대상으로 현행 법률의 문제점을 분석하고, 지하상가 소방시설에 대한 안전관리 체계를 설명한다. 이는 구축단계, 시설물, 안전설비와 그에 따른 항목을 트리구조로 구성해 지하공간의 특성을 고려할 수 있게 한 체계이다. 이 안전관리 체계가 완성됨으로써 흩어져 있는 지하공간에 대한 안전관리체계를 재정비 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, the damage which is caused by human misfortune in the underground space have increased. However the regulation and law for the underground space safety is still poor. Therefore in this paper, we propose the scheme for the construction of safety management systems on underground multiplex facilities. We analyze the problem of the current law, and present the scheme for the underground shop fire fighting facility. It contains the tree structure to management the underground space according to the construction phase, the facility and immediacy equipment. This safety management system will rearrange the scattered underground space management system.
