영문 초록

A new dammarane-type triterpenoid, betulafolianediol, C30H52O3, mp 165o, [alpha]D20 = +20o, was isolated from the unsaponifiable fraction of leaves of Betula latifolia KOMAROV (Betulaceae). From the spectral data of the betulafolianediol and its derivatives, betulafolianediol monoacetate (II) and betulafolianediol monoketone, the structure of betulafolianediol was proved to be 3alpha,25-dioxy-dammarane-20[S]->24[S]-epoxide.
