국문 초록

이 글은 본 연구자가 성찰협력형 수업연구모형을 적용하여 그 과정과 결과를 탐구한 실행연구로 교사들의 수업 성찰을 통한 협력적 수업전문성 개발을 보다 효과적으로 지원하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 성찰 협력형 수업연구모형은 참여형 수업분석의 연구, 성찰형 배움중심의 수업연구, 실천형 교육과정의 재구성 등을 기반으로 몇 년에 걸쳐 학교현장 및 협력적 교사학습공동체에 대한 현장실험을 통해 개발되었다. 성찰협력형 수업연구모형은 순환적 과정을 특징으로 하며 수업계획 및 실행, 수업성찰 및 분석, 수업코칭 및 협력, 수업재구성 및 반영 단계로 이루어진다. 이러한 성찰협력형 수업연구모형은 교사들을 대상으로 한 해 동안 실행한 결과 수업전문성 향상에 크게 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 연구결과를 토대로 교사들의 자기 성찰을 통한 협력적 수업전문성 개발을 보다 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 개선방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This report is an action research in which the procedure and results of the application of both introspective and collaborative lesson studies were examined. The main purpose of this report was to efficiently support the developing professionalism of collaborative lesson that is achieved through a teacher’s introspection. A study model for the introspective-collaborative lesson has been developed over the years via site experiments conducted by a collaborative lesson community of teachers, as well as a school itself. For the model, a collaborative class and an introspection-oriented class were examined, while an educational course emphasizing practice, was restructured. The study model fort the introspective-collaborative lesson is characterized by a circular process consisting of a planning-implementation of a class, an introspection-investigation of a class, a coaching-collaboration of a class, and a restructuring-application of a class. According to a survey targeting teachers involved in a one year pilot test, it was found that this kind of model has a positive influence on professionalism enhancement among teachers. In addition, an improvement plan to effectively support for developing professionalism of collaborative class through teachers’ introspection was discussed based on the result of study.
