영문 초록

Currently, the incidence of such disasters accidents worldwide forest fires, earthquakes are increasing. Particularly nation is insufficient information about the delivery and communication of accident disaster management disaster there is a dual system. In this study, we utilize the SNS as a means for delivering information services and disaster incident management system and effectively . In addition, by applying text mining to analyze the data effectively SNS and quick to implement a system to request from the competent authority structure.
