국문 초록

이 연구는 통합교육 경험을 통하여 형성된 발달장애학생 부모의 통합교육 인식과 관점의 변화과정을 살펴봄으로써 통합교육에서 부모와 교사가 협력적 관계를 맺기 위해 고려해야 할 부분을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자의 통합교육 경험과 장애학생 부모 4명, 특수교사 3명과 면담을 실시하여 자문화기술지 연구방법을 사용하여 글쓰기를 하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 발달장애학생 부모의 통합교육 구성원에 대한 인식은 '준비되지 않은 학교', '중요한 타인', '보이지 않는 벽', '불평등한 권력관계'의 개념이 도출되어 대체로 부정적이었다. 발달장애학생 부모의 통합교육 관점은 '함께하는 삶에서 소수인의 삶으로', '타자에서 동반자로', '동질성에서 다양성으로' 변화되고 있었다. 결과적으로, 통합교육 구성원의 갈등과 문제는 개인적인 노력과 동시에 교육구조 차원에서 지원과 변화가 필요하였다. 이 연구에서는 발달장애학생 부모의 통합교육 경험을 드러냄으로써 부모의 체험적 경험과 인식을 이해하고, 부모 교사가 협력적 관계로 나아갈 함의를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to present the inclusive education perspectives formed through the experience of inclusive education of the parents of student with developmental disabilities, and to propose what should be changed in current inclusive education. To achieve this purpose, this researcher who also experienced the inclusive education for ten years conducted interviews with four parents of students with disabilities, three special education teachers. The collected data were analyzed by using the autoenthnography research method. The concepts of 'unprepared school,' 'important others,' 'invisible wall,' and 'unequal power relationships' were derived from the perspectives of the parents on the members of inclusive education, which means they were generally negative. Inclusive education perspectives of parents and teachers have been formed 'from living together to living in a minority,' 'from others to companions,' 'from homogeneity to diversity.' The results of this research showed that supports and changes at the level of educational structures as well as the individuals' efforts are needed to resolve the conflicts and problems of the members of inclusive education. This research shares the experience of the parents of a students with disabilites and will set an example for the parents and teachers who have similar experiences.
