국문 초록

창의적 인재육성에 대한 사회적 요구가 높아짐에 따라 대학에서도 창의성 교육이 강화되어야 할 필요성이 부각되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 대학 창의성 교육 강화를 위한 전략 마련에 목표를 두고, 현재 대학에 재학 중인 426명의 학생들을 대상으로 창의성(이경화, 2014a)과 창의적 리더십(이경화, 박춘성, 2014)을 측정하여 전공, 학년, 성 등의 개인배경 별로 창의성과 창의적 리더십에 어떤 특징이 있는 지를 분석하였다. 그 결과에 의하면 전공에 따라 창의적 능력 및 창의적 성향과 창의적 리더십에 있어서 차이가 다양하게 나타났으며, 특히 하위요인에서 전공별 특성이 반영된 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학창의성 교육은 전공지식을 기반으로 하여 창의적 역량을 향상시키는 방향으로 진행되어야 함을 의미한다. 또한 선행연구 결과와는 달리 학년 및 성별로 차이가 나타났음은 대학에서의 창의성 교육이 차별화될 수 있음을 시사한다. 이와 같은 결과에서 대학에서의 창의성 교육 강화방안을 마련하기 위해서는 학생들의 전공과 학년 및 성별로 체계적이고 차별화된 커리큘럼을 구안해야할 필요가 있다는 점이 강조된다.

영문 초록

According to the social demand for development of human resources with creative competency was increased gradually, creativity education was highlighted in the university education. In this study, focused on the problem of how to implement creativity education programs for university students and how to develop the creativity education curriculum according to the majors, grades and gender differently. For the purpose of the study, 426 university students were selected randomly and then a integrative creativity and creative leadership test which were validated in Korean contexts were conducted to them. And Data was statistically processed using by SPSS win 12.0 Program. The results showed the significant differences in creativity(creative ability, creative personality) and creative leadership according to the majors, grades and gender(p<.05). On the other hand, some diversities were found in the areas of sub-factors regarding the creative ability and the creative personality and dimensions of creative leadership, These results would suggest that in near future creative teaching method which was related with each major and creativity and creative leadership enhancement programs for the university students should be developed and implemented in the curriculum of higher education differently.
