대학생 창의인재역량 검사의 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생 창의인재역량 검사를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 선행연구의 이론적, 경험적 연구를 토대로 미래 창의인재역량의 개념적 모형을 설정하고, 조작적으로 정의된 구성요인에 적합한 문항을 개발하였다. 예비검사 제작과정을 통한 검사의 양호도 검증을 거치고 본검사 양호도를 확인한 결과, 검사의 하위요인별 신뢰도가 .60 이상으로 비교적 양호하게 나타났고, 확인적 요인분석을 통한 구인타당도는 적합도지수 RMSEA(.040), CFI(.862), TLI(.846)에서 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이홍 외(2005)의 뇌 활용성향 검사와의 상관을 통한 준거타당도 결과 사회적 역량을 제외한 인지적 역량과 정의적 역량 하위요인 모두가 우뇌 요인과 더 높은 상관을 나타내 검사의 외적타당도를 확보하였다. 본 연구에서 검증한 창의인재역량검사는 전통적 개념의 개인 내 창의적 특성을 확장하여 개인 간 창의적 특성을 고려한 문항으로 차별화시켜 개발된 검사라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of creative talent competency scale for college students. To verify reliability and validity of this creative talent competency scale, we analyze internal consistency of scale for reliability and construct validity, criterion related validity. The internal consistency of the scale is relatively higher than .60. The confirmatory factory analysis using AMOS to verify construct validity revealed that the structural equation model with hierarchical model showed fit index at a satisfactory level as follows; RMSEA(.040), CFI(.862), TLI(.846). Futhermore, to secure criterion-related validity, this creative talent competency scale showed highly significant correlations with right brain factor than left brain factor of Lee's Brain Dominance Scale. Creative talent competency scale validated in this study is significant in that it was developed to differentiate into question considering the creative characteristics between individuals expanding creative characteristics within individual of the traditional concept.
