조선후기 향촌사족층 여성의 삶과 시집살이 서사

국문 초록

이 글은 조선후기 여성가사 산출의 맥락을 좀더 사회사적 실상에 밀착시켜 파악해 보고자 하는 시도에서 집필된 것이다. 여성가사 변용의 한 극점에 해당한다고도 볼 수 있는 <복선화음가>를 중심에 두고 '향촌사족층 가문의 며느리 되기'를 형상화하고 있는 행장 한 편과 소설 한 편을 보조적으로 검토해 보았다. 그 결과 오늘날 우리의 눈에 다소 부정합적으로 보이는 <복선화음가>의 치산 행위가, 당대로서는 출구 없는 향촌사족층 가문의 새로운 진로 모색이라는 화두와 직결된 것임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 <복선화음가>적인 부녀형상은 향촌사족층 여성들에 의해 창출되어 나온 '여성영웅'의 하나로서, 현실타개를 위한 여성들의 꿈과 열망을 반영한 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 <복선화음가>의 부녀형상은 앞으로 다양한 이본군의 종합 검토와 더불어 좀더 적극적인 의미부여가 필요할 것으로 여겨지고, 이를 토대로 여성가사의 장르운동도 재조명될 필요가 있을 것으로 전망된다.

영문 초록

This paper is the attempt to understand the 女性歌辭(woman poetic essay) in a close relation with social history. <福善禍淫歌(Bokseonhwaeumga)> is the main topic, and <亡室安人尹氏行狀(Manngsil's short biography)>, <三韓拾遺(Samhasseubyu)> is the reference resources. <福善禍淫歌(Bokseonhwaeumga)> is related with the effort of seeking and knocking for their hard marriage life in husband-family's class-crisis. A active and voluntary woman figure in <福善禍淫歌(Bokseonhwaeumga)> is the creation of women themselves. It's the figure of woman hero bred in the women's dream and enthusiasm. The figure of woman hero in <福善禍淫歌(Bokseonhwaeumga)> is the periodical reflection of a farm-coming currency of 鄕村士族層(class of country intelligent). From the point of view farm-coming currency, <草堂問答歌(Chodangmundabga)>, <農家月令歌(Nonggawollyongga)> is the parallelism of <福善禍淫歌(Bokseonhwaeumga)>. They are the same attempt to find the way by themselves in the situation of class-crisis among the 鄕村士族層(class of country intelligent).
