영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Development projects led by finan cial investors is one of Gyeonggi Hanam-city "I-Teco" development practices through the analysis of existing methods to solve the problem is to look for an alternative. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Studies using the first method, the leading research and literature through the public-private PF status of the business and financial investors looked at the status of participation. And practices of the business plan and Hanam City Corporation website, secure the internal data was analyzed by previous studies were compared with the derivation of the framework. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Led by financial investors, public-private PF project progress is, Contractor-led, "public-private PF Project" expense of the increase, the risk increases to solve the problem, and In other agencies to improve the completeness of the business can be applied as an alternative. 2. RESULTS Which leads to financial investors Hanam "I-TECO" analysis of the case, First, to secure the public good and at reasonable prices, Second, the contractor can lower the cost of the competition as a starter the project was to maximize profits.
