자녀가 지각한 부부갈등이 자녀의 우울 및 친구관계에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 자녀가 지각한 부부갈등이 청소년기 자녀의 우울 및 친구관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 고등학교 남녀 학생 505명을 대상으로 얻은 인구학적 특성 질문지와 부부갈등 척도, 우울척도와 친구관계 질문지의 결과를 대상으로 상관분석, F-검증, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 목적을 추구하기 위하여 부부갈등의 시기를 현재와 과거로 구분하였고, 친구관계에서도 하위변인을 비행경험 친구 수, 친구에의 애착, 친구 필요도로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자녀가 지각한 시기별 부부갈등과 자녀 우울과의 관계는 과거 (r=.29, p<.001) 혹은 현재(r=.23, p<.001)와 관계없이 자녀의 우울과 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부모의 갈등을 심하게 지각하는 청소년기 자녀가 부모의 갈등을 약하게 지각하는 자녀보다 우울이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 과거와 현재 모두에서 부모의 갈등을 인지하지 못한 자녀는 과거나 현재 혹은 모두에서 부모의 갈등을 인지한 자녀들에 비해 우울 정도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate how much the marital conflict perceived by children affects their depression and relationship with their friends. For this study the Marital Conflict Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, and the Relationship with Friends Questionnaire were administered by 505 high school students. So 505 sets of the inventory and questionnaire were analyzed in terms of correlation, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. Following are the results: First, the relationship between children's perception of marital conflict and their depression was statistically significant on p<.001. The relationship between perception of marital conflict at the past and their depression (r=.29, p<.001) was higher than at the present (r=.23, p<.001). Second, when the children did not perceive marital conflict at the present and the past they felt less depression compare with when they perceived marital conflict at the present or the past. Third, children's depression was not affected by the marital conflict perceived at the present but at the past.
