국문 초록

한국의 IT벤처산업은 1990년대 이래 신속한 발전을 하면서 국민경제에 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 아이디어와 기술에 근거한 IT산업은 부존자원이 부족한 한국과 같은 나라에서는 적극 지원할 만 한 미래지향적인 산업이다. 한국의IT산업은 좁은 국내시장의 성장한계성으로 인하여 해외시장으로 진출이 확대되어질 수밖에 없는 과정에서 마케팅과 자금 면에서 많은 애로를 겪고 있으므로 정부 측에서 해외시장진입장벽을 극복하려는 IT 벤처기업의 노력을 적극 지원해야 할 것이다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 해외의 IT산업의 현황과 장래 시장전개를 개관하고 그에 의해 해외 시장으로의 효과적인 침투방안을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

The Korean IT venture industry has grown rapidly and played an important role in the national economy since the 1990's. The IT industry based on idea and technology is future-oriented one worth supporting positively in such a country as Korea which is lacking in survival resources. The Korean IT industry, with the growth limit in the narrow domestic market, should be extended to overseas market. However, it has so many troubles in marketing and finance that from the government side, the active assistance for the IT venture firm's efforts to overcome the overseas market entry barriers is required. In this viewpoint, this study aims to overview the current situation and future market evolution of the IT industry abroad, thereby suggest its effective penetration into overseas market.
