영문 초록

In the case of common electronc payment system, there are some problems about personal information protection and a miscellaneous cost-occurrence like commission fees because of using Electronic Payment Gateway, so to solve its problems, use Public Key Certificates and We designed the method of safe electronic payment transaction in internet without PG or Van agent in the process of electronic payment transaction and the system. It was also suggested the algorithm in this paper.
