영문 초록

This study examine the structural problems associated with farm product disaster insurance and several possible solutions and present the tasks in order to increase of the farm product disaster insurance for expand Korea s agricultural exportation. Agricultural disasters occurring simultaneously in a wide range of areas, and the extent of damage caused is different depending on the region, season of the disaster caused by different types of features. The issue of farm product disaster insurance for farmers is to low subscription rate for covered items and limited range of disasters. A financial loss of insurance is very high and it is a problem that has never been stable. In order to solve these problems that farm product disaster insurance is intended to cover expand the item or a natural disaster area. To expand the range of farm product disaster insurance will raise the subscription rate. In conclusion, to expand Korea S agricultural export has realized diverse farm product disaster insurance items, and sets the standards for an disaster insurance system, so it is necessary to develop agricultural disaster insurance programs in conjunction with Korea s agriculture management stability.
