영문 초록

Objective: To evaluate the effect of cognitive rehabilitation therapy program on cognitive function of the patients with stroke. And to provide basic data for developing a treatment cognitive rehabilitation program for patients. Method: Sixty subjects with stroke were enrolled and classified into two groups, experimental and control group. Control group received conventional cognitive rehabilitation. Experimental group received computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation using RehaCom software, 5 times per a week, 30 minutes per session, for 8 weeks. Results:There was no difference between two groups in the MMSE-K, NCSE, MVPT, LOTCA, MBI and FIM scores base line. But eight weeks later, scores of the MMSE-K, NCSE, MVPT, LOTCA, MBI and FIM were significantly improved in the experimental group and control group (P<.05). Conclusion: The cognitive rehabilitation program would be useful as a additional tool of cognitive rehabilitation in patients with stroke. further studies with a larger number of subjects and with normal with are required.
