1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Investigate the status of the Urban Housing development practices and identify characteristics and problems of the residents prefer the ways to improve analysis of the problem is presented. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Urban Housing related documents and reports. papers and journals, such as taking advantage of the agencies' publications and survey was conducted. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Urban Housing Status of the preferred characteristics to identify and analyze the problem in order to improve. 2. RESULTS Need a continuous supply due to a steady demand for housing in urban life, and strive to improve the quality of the residential environment of the Urban Housing.
