영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the business model and the tasks for the sixth industry of horse industry in the era of FTA. The sixth industry("1x2x3") is to encourage farmers by engaging in a variety of business, that is not only crops, but also engaged in processing of agricultural products(the second industry) with sales of agricultural products and processed products(tertiary sector), get more value-added, sustainable agriculture and rural development to open up a bright prospects. In this context, this study aims to provides practical implications based on business model of the sixth industry to promote the horse industry. The sixth industry of horse industry and its related industries have more effect on inducing production and employment in comparison to other livestock industry. It represents a wide variety of activities including primary production as well as sports and recreational interests.
