영문 초록

Procedural justice on organizational commitment were significant positive effect. In this study, procedural justice also has a business relationship between leadership and organizational commitment, which acts as a complete parameter was found. This business leadership for organizational commitment independently significant negative impact, but to control procedural justice is that if you lowered the influence.
