영문 초록

In the past 20 years, there have been numerous means of victim-friendly criminal policy proposed in Korea. Welcoming the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Korean Association of Victimology, this thesis is an attempt to classify these means of victim-friendly policy by looking back on the way in which they have been institutionalized from a certain perspective. It also evaluates how these categorized means are limited and suffer from adverse effect. In doing so, it seeks the advisable direction of the future victim-friendly criminal policy of the country. Fianlly, in order for the victim-friendly criminal policy is to actually function in both victim's real life and criminal practices, the endeavour is vital for development and making use of sustainable programs that provides the damaged victims with restorative, medical, and psychologicical level of support.
