영문 초록

This theory is research on legal questions be caused by discord of that the landregister documents and the register book. A public notice method about the land became is that two ways of cadastral systems and registration systems. These two systems is national affairs, and then the duality became the office which the charge does this. The administration take charge of the cadastral performance and The Court charges the real estate registration systems. The dual public announcement method consist of the diversifiable trouble. The dual public announcement method consist of the diversifiable trouble. It is the range problem of the land ownership in the land change among the problem even though the law problem comes into being. The case of the disagree cadastral records which the practical land change, the head paper of register book is discordant with practical land change. Disagreement of the Cadastre documents and the register book is caused the question on public law and private law. this theory limited questions on private law. It is to summarize the regulation of landregister documents and register book, to study the possibility to unite it.
