영문 초록

Active work is carrying out in Japan recently for the total reform of a criminal code. The main objects of revision work are the correspondence to criminal internationalization and systematization, deterrence of a high-tech crime, and consideration to a criminal victim. A South Korean criminal code is based in the punishment code of colonial days, and has continued till recently. Although law is reflecting the social situation or background, the new species crime has occurred by change of South Korea or a beam antique flow. This paper is considering Criminal Law revision of Japan which had many influences to a South Korean criminal code, and I want the data which may be set to carry out new criminal South Korean legislation to become.
