국문 초록

본 연구는 국내의 육상 컨테이너운수업 종사자를 대상으로 기업의 영항전략과 집단행동간의 경로관계를 분석하여 업계가 가지고 있는 다양한 문제점을 파악하고 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 기존의 화물자동차시장에 관한 연구에서 지적되어 온 사안과 컨테이너 운수업계가 가지고 있는 고유의 관행과 실무를 충분히 반영하여 선행연구와 차별화를 추구하고자 하였으며 화물운수업계에 대한 미시적 분석을 통해 연관업계에 현실적인 이해와 대안을 제시하고 정부의 화물운송 정책수립에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 연구의 진행을 위하여 운송기업의 영향전략과 차량운전자의 집단행동 간의 관계 사이에 수익성, 안정성, 기회주의, 동료관계, 거래관계의 5가지 영향변수의 매개효과를 측정하고자 하였다. 연구결과 운송기업의 영향전략은 차량운전자의 집단행동에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않지만 안정성과 거래관계 두 가지 요인에 의하여 집단행동에 변화가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 차량 운전자와 접점에 있는 운송기업간의 관계에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 극단적인 상황의 원인과 해결안을 제시하고 향후 컨테이너 육상운송시장에 발전적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Inland Transport of containers has become core parts of international logistics in Korea. The recent strike of the container truck drivers is an evident sign that emphasize the importance of collective action in logistics. The behavior of the container truck drivers can possibly play an important role in improving transport company's performance and outputs. However, the existing papers had neglected this important agenda in the research. This article tried to analyze the collective action issues which are closely linked to the effective transport of containers in Korea. The results of the research may be a guidelines to both the inland container transport industries and container truck drivers in establishing effective relationship between the two parties. This study adopted a questionnaire survey method to collect data from container truck drivers in Korea. It is clear from the findings that fair distribution of the transport route is clearly related with the performance of the drivers and companies as well.
