예술교육에 있어 리(理)와 기(氣)의 융합적 표현 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 동양정신의 원류로 이해되고 있는 리(理)와 기(氣)에 대한 현대 적 접근을 통해 현대미 술교육의 사의성(寫意性)에 대한 가치를 밝히고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 리와 기의 본래적 의미를 살핀 후， 리와 기의 융합(歸合)에 의한 바람직한 인성교육이 이루어 질 수 있는 예술적 표현 방법을 분석하였다. 그 예술적 표현방법으로 활용되는 정신가치로서 리와 사물의 기운으로 형성되는 기와의 상호 조화로움의 접근을 시도하였다. 이는 예술교육의 목적 이라 할 수 있는 인간다운 인간교육의 참된 인성은 몽양정신의 가치에서 시작된 다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 가치를 유지하고 있는 리와기에 대한 융합과 조화와 관련된 교육은 현시 점에서 중요한 접근 과제이다. 이로써 리와 기의 융합적 표현을 통한 의미론적 접근과 기운생동(氣體生動)， 상리(常理)와 상형(常形)에 의한 예술적 가치를 확인한 것이다. 결국 예술교육에 있어 리와 기의 융합적 표현이란 예술적 정신교육을 통한 삶의 가치를 찾아내는 일 이다. 세상만물의 모든 이치는 리와 기의 공존에서 시 작된다. 화면분할이나 여백의 조화적 표현이나 시간과 공간에 의해 구축되는 삶의 가치를 드러내는 표현들을 통해 예술가의 기운과 환경과의 조화， 자연성， 시공간성 등이 혼재하면서 참다운 인성이 잘 드러나는 표현이 됨으로써 예술교육의 목표를 달성 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to show the value of contemporary arts' characteristics of expressing the artists' impression by contemporary style access to Li (理) and Gi(氣), which are understood as the backbone of oriental thoughts. To do this, this study analyzes artistic expressions for desirable personality education by combining Li(理: logic) and Gi(氣: energy) after looking into original meaning of the two. As the artistic expressions, an approach to mutual harmony in Li which is utilized for spiritual value and Gi which is formed by objects' vitality is tried. It suggests that the true personality in human beings, the purpose of art education, begins from values in Oriental thought. It is an important task at the moment to study on art education related to combination and harmony in Li and Gi which support these values. Through this, what is identified is a semantic approach by expressions combining Li and Gi and artistic values shown in great artworks with elegance, certain Li and shapes. Therefore, artistic expressions combining Li and Gi in art education are for seeking values in life through artistic, moral education. Every reason in all created things begins with coexistence of Li and Gi. The purpose of art education can be achieved by revealing true personality in mixture of division of screen, harmony in space or expressions through which artists show their values of life formed by time and space and artists' vitality, harmony with environment, and aspects in nature, time and space.
