국문 초록

교육대학원은 교원의 자질과 학교 현장교육의 질적 수준 향상， 그리고 교육 개선에 이바지 해 왔으나， 교육대학원의 교사 양성교육기능과 재교육기능 중 어느 것이 주기능 인지에 관해서 많은 논란이 있어 왔다 본 연구에서 는 국내 일반대학이 운영하는 교육대학원 미술교육전공 50개교의 학사운영과 미술교육전공의 목적 및 목표에서 표방하고 있는 기능에 근거하여 교육과정을 분석하여 그 타당성을 확인하고 교육대학원 미술교육전공 7개교를 대상으로 교육과정 만족도 설문 조사를 실시한 결과를 분석하여 교육대학원 미술교육전공 교육과정의 개선방안을 제시하는 것 이다. 앞으로 교육대학원 미술교육전공의 교육과정은 현장 연구를 중점적으로 할 수 있는 교과목 개발이 이루어져야 하고， 한편으로는 자격증 취득과정과 예비교사들을 위한 교육과정이 따로 분리되어 운영되는 차별화가 이루어져야 한다. 또한 다양한 실습의 체험과 시대에 부응하는 수업프로그램을 갖추어 미술교사의 전문성이 강화되어야 한다. 교육인적자원부와 교육대학원의 제도와 운영에 대한 반성과 검토를 통하여 미술교육대학원의 질을 높이기 위한 특성화된 교육과정이 모색되어야 한다.

영문 초록

Although graduate school of education had contribute to improve the school teachers' qualification, standard quality of school field training and education, but there had been many debates that which is the main function between teacher training function of graduate school of education and reeducate function. In this research, suggesting improving method of art education major's curriculum of education graduate school by analyze the result of 50 number of education graduate school's art education major curriculum that are base on the advocating aims and purpose of art education major and operating bachelor's degree. From now on, the courses of art education major of education graduate school should develop courses that are able to focus on the research of actual fields, futhermore the differentiation which specializing curriculums of obtaining certification and training for the future teachers. The specialized curriculums which has purpose of improve the quality of art education graduate school through confirmation and reflection about operation and system of Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development and graduate school of education, have to be searched.
