영문 초록

Until now, the measures to support the micro-enterprise are enhance their competitiveness. However, many of micro-enterprise suffer difficulties in livelihood. From this reason, we have study about this subject. The purpose of this study is to understand business environment and the necessity of livelihood safety net and analyze the in sufficient of policy. We carry out survey targeting 500 of micro-enterprises. From the result, we can suggesting the strategy and task of building of livelihood safety net and effective supporting methods.
