영문 초록

Recently, not only has the world economic environment become increasingly globalized and economic integrated but international business has also changed. Global competitiveness will have a great impact on domestic markets in light of the WTO system having being established and Korea's is becoming a member of the OECD. Therefore, under the situation the opening of the global M&A market is inevitable. Global M&A activities has become prevalent worldwide as more countries have opened themselves up economically with the launching of the WTO. The M&A has seen an unlimited, transnational competition among firms everywhere with the advent of globalization and the development of information technology.
