중등학급 특수교사의 전환교육계획 실행수준

국문 초록

이 연구는 전환교육을 효과적으로 수행하는데 전제가 되는 전환교육계획에 대한 중등부 특수학급 교사의 실행수준을 성별, 경력, 자격, 급별, 연수경험, 최종학력 별로 구체적으로 분석하여 중등부 특수학급 교사들의 전환교육계획 실행수준을 파악하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 전국 일반학교 중학교 특수 학급 160학급, 고등학교 특수학급 160학급, 특수학교 중학교 160학급, 고등학교 160학급을 연구대상으로 선정하여 전환교육계획 실천사항에 대한 준비도와 수행도를 조사 후 t검증 및 F검증을 실시하고, 준비도와 수행도간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계 분석을 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수 학급 담임교사들의 전환교육계획 실천사항에 대한 수행도는 보통이상의 수준이고, 준비도는 수행도에 비해 높다. 또한 준비도와 수행도 사이에는 높은 상관관계를 보인다. 둘째, 교사의 배경변인에 따라서는 남교사, 직업교사, 연수경험이 많은 교사, 일반중학교 담임교사에 비해 특수학교 고등학교 담임교사의 준비도 수준이 높고, 남교사, 직업교사, 일반중학교 담임교사에 비해 특수학교 중학교와 고등학교 담임교사의 수행도 수준이 높다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the execution level of transition education plan of teachers of special classes in middle school by detailed analysis on the execution level of transition education which is precondition to perform effective transition education. For the purpose, selected 160 classes from general middle school, 160 classes from high school, 160 classes from middle course and 160 classes from high school course of special school to perform t-test and F test after surveying preparation level and execution level for the transition education. To observe the relationship between preparation level and execution level, correlation analysis was performed. The findings are as follows. First, the execution level of teachers in special classes is more than average and the preparation level is higher than the execution level. Also, there is high correlation between preparation level and execution level. Second, according to the background of teachers, teachers of special classes in high school showed higher preparation level than male teachers, professional teachers, teachers with lots of experience of training and class teachers in general middle school and teachers of special classes in middle and high school showed higher execution level than male teachers, professional teachers and class teachers in general middle school.
