1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
This study was to find personality type that was suitable for a realestate brokerage, analyzing how seoul area realtor’s personality type affected job satisfaction, customer orientation and business performance.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
The survey was conducted by distributing the questionnaire randomly targeting the realtors who was operating in Seoul. For data analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using dummy variables were conducted utilizing SPSS 12.0.
(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS
The results showed that seoul area realtor’s personality type made a significant influence on job satisfaction, customer orientation and business performance.
2. RESULTS
As a result, first, there was a difference in job satisfaction, customer orientation and business performance by preferred indicator.
Second, it was found job satisfaction by personality trait, customer orientation, business performance were affected significantly statistically.
Third, there was a difference in job satisfaction, customer orientation and business performance by personality code.
