영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Urban restructuring project through previous studies and surveys in this study the biggest problem is what to check for shop tenants of housing and urban restructuring project area for relocation and compensation issues, and should suggest ways to improve. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study through the statistical analysis of existing overhaul the city’s business and related previous studies and surveys through improvements suggested. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Urban Renewal Promotion Project conducted among tenants in the process of relocation and compensation measures that are required by the existing mall tenants and residential tenants without distinction based on the criterion of the compensation upward compensation and tenant issues, the most important solution to support analysisis required for institutional funding. 2. RESULTS Kimpo and overhaul of the big cities and small towns of the city, a small town on the regional characteristics of appropriate development policies and suggestions for this study believe that the tenant’s reasonable immigration and the need to continue to be protected by the law on compensation research Promotingshould.
