국문 초록

최근 국가교육정책의 영향에 따라 교육전문직제도 개선에 관한 현장 교원들의 요구와 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이 논문은 한국과 프랑스의 교육전문직 인사제도 운영실태 비교를 통한 이슈와 쟁점, 그리고 개선방안 등을 도출하는데 주안점을 두었다. 교육전문직 인사제도에 있어서 국가간 이 제도의 특징과 문화, 기능과 역할에 대한 서로 다른 차이를 비교하는 것이 중요하다는 점에서 한국과 프랑스의 교육전문직제도 운영에 관한 교육행정체제, 인사제도 등의 내용을 분석하였다. 이 연구 결과는 국가와 지방교육청 수준에서의 선발, 교육경력과 연령 강조, 교원에 대한 장착과 행정, 학교평가와 지원의 역할 수행, 공개전형방식 채택, 전문성 개발을 위한 연수 강화의 특징을 시사하였다. 결론적으로 한국의 교육전문직 인사정책을 수립하는데 유용한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Raising teachers’ demands about improving systems of the educational supervisors for an influence of national education policies recently, thispaper analyzes causes and relevant issues on such criticisms, and suggests possible solutions to the systems of educational supervisors through comparison of Korean and French. There are important differences between countries with respect to aspects such as the extent of educational supervisors in the systems of educational supervisors, the educational supervisors culture, or the function and roles of educational supervisors. Results on the present status and problem analysis of the systems of educational supervisors in Korea and French, there were presented selection for the national and local education offices, emphasis education and experience, the various roles of the educational administration and educational supervisors, school’s evaluation and support for teachers, public selection, training program of professional development, etc. In conclusion. this study has exploring the alternative implication of korean educational supervisors system by analyzing many related the functions and conditions of the educational supervisors system in French.
