영문 초록

Even though the term of Pakistan has been used with the independence of Pakistan, located in Northwestern region of India, from the ancient times Pakistan mostly has had the history and culture in common alongwith Iran, Afghanistan and Central Asia. In this paper, Medieval Era is included Ghaznavid(962-1186), Delhi Sultanate(1206-1526) and the Mughal(1526-1857) Dynasty. After the early 11th century, during the 800 odd years Persian had been used in the territory of Pakistan including Northern India as the official language. Though Classical Urdu has been emerged in the 12th century, Urdu has been used in earnest, during the reign of Shah Jahan(1592-1666). In other words, Urdu had appeared as the new born language three centuries ago. Accordingly in this paper, the Poetry Literature of Pakistan in the Medieval Era means both Urdu and Persian literature. This paper is dealt on the basis of Urdu Literature, with the course of triumph over Persian, as well. Indeed ｢A Study on the Poetry Literature of Pakistan in the Medieval Era｣ is consisted of the massive quantities and contents, but the research in Korea nearly has not been accomplished and published. So it is the useful and valuable job to introduce and analyze the Genealogy of the Main Poets in the medieval era. The research on Pakistan mainly has been reflected by the some Indian & Western scholars' view, not the view of scholars written in Urdu. As a result, some papers lead to the distortion and fallacy.
