영문 초록

This paper focuses on innovation in complex sectors of the life protection, with a particular emphasis on healthcare. I will focus on the advanced UK, Japan experience of introducing telecare into mainstream health and social care services. I will discuss the trends which are driving the introduction of telecare, how the UK, Japan government and care providers are responding. Finally I will look at some of the possible future developments in telecare in South Korea. For the moment, it is important to note that when I refer to telecare I am talking about services and applications which are supported by information and communications technology(ICT), and designed to support individuals in their own homes. These might be frail elderly people, who would otherwise be living in a nursing home, or people with a long term chronic disease and who are at risk of hospitalization.In Korea Policy maker and plannerr have to acknowledge the two way contribution that older population and sustainable cities can give to each other and endeavor to deliver the aeging friendly cities agenda.
