영문 초록

A new era of exchange and reconciliation between South and North Korea has began since 6ㆍ15 declaration. The fourth article among the joint proclamation notifies the equal economic development of South and North Korea by mutual cooperation. It is important to overcome the culture of different in kind because two heterogeneous economic system of South and North Korea have the possibility to hinder the integration. Therefore, two system have to make an effort to increase the exchange and understanding of each economy as socialist and capitalist. While the capitalist economy in the South Korea has mainly based on the Market economy, North Korea’s socialist economy has the purpose to realize a socialism. It is reviewed that an exchanges between the fields of archaeology and technology can be possible. The fields have less political aspects than economics and business administration. Until now, it has not decided to make an actual materialization of interchange in the fields of economics and business administration. The plan of academic exchange in the fields of economics and business administration can be classified as four categories. First, we can try to promote an active interchange between universities. It is more efficient to interchange between a group of universities, rather than one of single university. Second, if we have the difficulty to realizing the exchanges between universities, one of an academic groups can be tried. Third, we can make an effort to contact the North Korea on the level of academic industrial collaboration, in case that North Korea is unwillingly to accept our above proposes. Fourth, North Korea still have the evasion of active exchange between South and North Korea. Therefore, it is important to study the plan that we have the connection with international organization and foreign countries. We can try to indirect exchange with North Korea by using the above road. Until now, South Korean scholars in the economics and business administration have an passive attitude to contact the North Korean counterpart since there are difficulties to access North Korean data and field. But the situation has began to change after 6ㆍ15 proclamation. It is necessary for us to have a positive stand to contact the North Korea in the level of economics and business adminstration.
