영문 초록

This study aims to examine the process of ethical decision making, with the division of ethical judgement and behavior intention while focusing on unethical behavior acts of travel agency members and on the assumption that behavior intention is followed by real behavior. Also this study takes a look at the consistency between ethical judgement and behavior intention. To do the research I developed a study model on the basis of prior studies, and applied confirmatory factor analysis and equation structure model for the study model estimation and the hypothesis verification, using LISREL Ver. 8.30. The study model about ethical decision making process of travel agency members was separately developed for this study, and is suitable for the realities. The meaning is in the fact that this study showed more clearly the roles of variables which influence on the ethical decision making process of travel agency members.
