자기결정 학습모형에 기초한 직업훈련이 정신지체학생의 커피 만들기 작업수행행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 정신지체 특수학교 전공과에 배치된 정신지체 학생 3명에게 자기결정 학습모형에 기초한 직업훈련을 실시하여 자기결정 학습모형 중재가 정신지체학생의 작업수행 정확도와 작업수행 소요시간에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 수행 과제는 교내 카페에서 커피 만들기로, 작업수행 정확도는 연구대상별 목표작업의 과제분석단계를 기반으로 총 과제분석 단계수를 학생이 수행한 과제분석 단계수로 나누어 백분율로 나타내었고, 작업수행 소요시간은 학생이 작업을 시작한 시간부터 작업을 종료한 시간까지의 소요 시간으로 나타내었다. 또한 각 연구대상별 목표달성척도(Goal Attaintment Scale)를 구성하고, 중재 종료 후 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 연구대상 학생 모두는 목표 작업의 작업수행 정확도가 향상되었고, 작업수행 소요시간에 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 이러한 향상은 목표달성척도 측정 결과 교사의 기대를 능가하는 수준이었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction (SDLMI) applied to the vocational training on the job performance for students with mental retardation. All three students set a different goal and performed their own objective according to the intervention of SDLMI. Multiple baseline design across subjects were utilized as a research design. The results were as follows: First, after the intervention of SDLMI, the accuracy of their job performance were improved and the effects were maintained two weeks later in all students. After the intervention of SDLMI, all three students scored +2 in Goal Attaintment Scale(GAS) of their job accuracy. Secondly, performance rates were increased and maintained until two weeks later in all students. After the intervention of SDLMI, all students scored +2 in GAS of performance rates. In conclusion, this study showed that Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction was effective tool improving the job performance for students with mental retardation. Follow up studies should examine the effects of vocational training not only within the school but also in community.
