영문 초록

This paper analyzed the mental, physical, and nerve fatigue of caddie by the demographic characters, work conditions and surroundings. As a result, it was appeared that the fatigue of caddie related significantly with the general particulars, work conditions and surroundings. This results gave the hint that individual charactes, daily habits and psychological factors to fatigue of caddie is importance. So because these factors are important variables to the fatigue and subjective symptom, I suggest that manager of the golf course concerns the relationship of job satisfaction and productivity with the subjective symptom of fatigue and job efficiency.
