지적정보 품질진단을 위한 측정요인 개발연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지적정보의 품질진단 요인을 선정하고, 이 요인들을 대상으로 전문가 집단을 활용한 계층분석적 의사결정법(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 실시하여 지적정보 품질진단 요소의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 분석하는 것이다. 연구목적의 효율적 달성을 위해 연구대상은 지적정보로 한정하며, 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을 병행하고, 분석방법은 계층분석적 의사결정법(AHP)을 활용한 계량적 분석방법을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 제1계층 품질차원에서는 내용차원(0.433)이 가장 중요한 요소로 나타났으며, 다음으로 제2계층 품질요소에서는 시의성(0.611), 가치성 0.194, 명확성(0.503), 접근성(0.608)이 시간차원, 내용차원, 표현차원, 활용차원에서 각각 중요도 및 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to select quality diagnosis factors for Cadastral information and to apply Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that utilizes a group of professionals for these elements to analyze relative importance and priority of the Cadastral information quality diagnosis elements. In order to effectively achieve the research purpose, the research subject was limited to Cadastral information while the research method used both literature review and Internet research method. Quantitative analysis using the AHP was carried out as analysis method. As a result, the most important factor is quality area (0.433) from quality level in the first class, quality factors from second class is timeliness (0.611), value (0.194), clarity (0.503), accessability (0.608) that showed the importance and priority from the time level, quality level, expression level, application level.
