국문 초록

토지 관리와 주소표기의 이원화가 이루어짐에 따라 지번과 건물번호에 대한 구체적인 접근과 검토가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 토지 관리와 주소표기의 일원적 운영체계가 이원화됨에 따라 토지 관리로서 지번과 주소표기로서 건물번호의 기능과 역할을 재정립하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 대상 및 범위는 지번 및 건물번호와 식별자로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통한 2차 자료를 수집하여 지번과 건물번호의 개념 및 접근 틀(framework)을 설계하고, 접근방법은 기술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 병용하여 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점 및 내용에서 검토되었다. 첫째, 지번과 건물번호의 개념 및 접근 틀은 지번과 건물번호의 개념, 위치식별자, 선행연구 및 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 위치식별자의 적용사례와 한계는 지적식별자, 건물식별자, 식별자로서 지번과 건물번호의 쟁점 차원에서 접근하였다. 셋째, 바람직한 지번과 건물번호의 기능과 역할은 지번과 건물번호의 기능과 역할 모색, 지번과 건물번호의 기능과 역할의 연계화 등의 관점에서 이루어졌다.

영문 초록

Under riding the duality of land management and address marking, Parcel and Building number is required to be reviewed and approached concretely. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to review the functions and roles of parcel number for land management and building number for address marking in response to the duality of its operation system. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research subject and scope are limited to parcel number, building number and identifier. Survey was carried on through collecting the secondary research data by literature review and the concept of parcel and building number and approach framework was established based on it. And a descriptive and comparative approach is applied concurrently. The conclusions of the study are produced from 3 following aspects as follows: First, the conception and approach framework was examined in terms of the conception of parcel and building number, identifiers, the literature review, and approach framework. Second, the case and issue in location identifier was conducted as a viewpoint of cadastral identifier, building identifier, and issue of parcel and building number as an identifier. Third, the functions and roles of desirable parcel and building number was referred to the design of functions and roles and the linkage of its.
