영문 초록

Even though there are many data on Shilla tombs around Han river, they haven’t understood the structural shapes correctly. This paper arranged and analyzed Shilla tombs scattered around Han river. It tried to understand the structural changing process of it. The main subject of the change appeared before and after the unification of three nations into unified Shilla. The tomb groups are reflected with middle and large tombs group that are limited to political and military main positions around Han river before the unification. But after the unification it changed to small tomb groups spreading to Han river area and even to Anseong river area. It is recognized that it is rather based on economic background than political and military factors. The stone rooms of graves, which were main types of graves before the unification, changed to stone coffins after the unification making it a standard. There weren’t usually grave goods such as gold and copper crowns, gold and copper belts and gold and copper earrings that show the ranks of the dead after the unification. It means that the Shilla tombs around Han river are clearly different before and after the unification. It is the result of archaeological study that sees Shilla’s advance to Han river areas and its process of making them its land.
