국문 초록

공간정보의 관리 및 활용은 정보기술의 발달과 정보환경변화에 따라 다양한 각도에서 조명하고 국지적인 관심사가 아닌 세계적 관심사로 부상하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 사실세계에 기반을 둔 공간적으로 가능한 사회(SES : Spatially Enabled Society)가 실현됨에 따라 지적행정의 새로운 역할을 모색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 공간적으로 이용 가능한 사회의 일반적 개념, 실제, 그리고 지적행정으로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사와 인터넷조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제론적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 견지에서 도출하였다. 첫째, 공간적으로 이용 가능한 사회와 접근 틀은 개념, 정보공간과의 관계, 접근틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 공간적으로 이용 가능한 사회의 실제는 국제적 발의 및 쟁점, 제도 및 정책, 기술적 수단 등을 검토하였다. 셋째, 공간적으로 이용 가능한 사회 구현을 위한 지적행정의 역할은 관계설정과 지적행정의 역할 방향의 관점에서 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The management and use of spatial information has been reviewed from a diverse standpoint under riding the development of information technology and the change of information environment and emerged from the matters of global interest, not local interest. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to suggest the new roles of cadastral administration in response to the realization of Spatially Enabled Society (SES) based on real world. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to the common conception, the actual condition, and cadastral administration, a data through the reference of literature and internet investigation was collected as the research method, and a descriptive access and systematic access method was applied. The research findings are as follows; First, SES and approach framework was reviewed in terms of the relation between SES and information space, the concept of SES, and the approach framework. Second, the actual condition of SES was referred to international initiatives and issues, institution and policy, and technical tools for SES. Third, the directions of cadastral administration for SES was applied as a viewpoint the roles of cadastral administration and the relatable establishment between SES and cadastral administration.
