영문 초록
Employees’ commitment to their organization is a research topic attracts great attention despite studied a lot. the aim of this study is to reveal the relation of the tourism sector employees’ commitment to the organization with their commitment to their superiors and coworkers. 240 employees participated in the study. According to the results of the research, it was found that there was a positive directional high level relation between organizational commitment and the continuance, emotional and normative commitments being sub-components of organizational commitment.
