영문 초록

The special transcription of h-, -hi- in ‘Phags-Pa Chinese rime book Menggu Ziyun represents a kind of vowel with [+high –Ifront –Jround] feature. We agree with the opinions of Zhengzhang Shangfang 1998 and Shen Zhongwei 2007, and find some new proof such as the internal distribution in Menggu Ziyun and Hangul-Chinese transcriptions to illustrate that the sound value of ISƮ is not apical vowel.
