영문 초록

The emergence of global imbalances and the consequent global economic crisis are key symptoms of International financial system (IFS) incoherence. Reforming the IFS are imperatives to be achieved. This article is looking into the reforming ideas of international Keynesians which is searching the alternative system for new IFS. It is focusing on the comparison of the ideas of Stiglitz, Davidson and Montbio. We will look into the background and issue on international Keynesian's IMF reforming Debate. Also we will see the contents and differences between international Keynesian's discussions of reforming of IFS. However according to the results of research, the discussion about reforming of IFS after the subprime mortgage crisis is still holding back at the point of partial amendment of former Bretton-Woods system. In other words, fundamental restructuring is not performed successfully. Thus, there still exists a possibility that financial crisis will happen again. This thesis emphasizes the need of effort to overcome the obstacles by considering whether the application of Keynes's international clearing union is available, so as to prevent the reoccurrence of the crisis.
