After popular election, June 1995, each local autonomous entities found mid-long term scheme in order to forward their development program independently. The remarkable point of these local autonomous entities’ operation is a cultural minded local government head’s will which in tend to develop cultural goods or culture business as a strategic industry. These culture operation perform differently as per each local autonomous entities. It is not only based on cultural minded city planning: multimedia city, culture business city, green town, a strong point of west seaside but also expending their business to media business and beneficial business using character of inducting CI. Changing symbol mark or inducting character is not for making something change as in the past, but for making benefit and local development by establishing specific identity of each local autonomous entity and using the symbol of that local communities. Also, the local autonomous entities have huge interest in tourism as one of increasing local economic method. It is trustworthy that tourism will develop into the greatest expected business including first, second and third industries.
