영문 초록

This study purposes to examine about the cooperation relation of the present states and the differences between tourism association and government. Ultimately this study will prcposal the Cooperation Model between tourism’s NPO and government. An object of this studies are government which are Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Korea Tourism Organization and a local autonomous entity, and Korea Tourism Association. This study defines the meaning of NPO by Korea Tourism Organization. by regional of groups and category of businesses. There are many the ministries of offices of government to participate at tourism policy, this study sets limit to Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Korea Tourism Organization. This study will be a good starting point to study the Cooperative ties of tourism and the result will be used of desirable Cooperation Model to build between a government agency and private organizations.
