영문 초록

The object of this study is to propose the development plan of Hwangtohyeon Donghak Festival. This stud conclude as follows: First, Donghak Festival has to establish the short aim that this festival is historical experience festival basing on Jeongeup’s historical true characters to maximize the brand value. Second, this festival must play an role as multi-function space to attract many tourists in Jeongeup. Third, this festival must have many new programs to satisfy family-unit tourists. Fourth, this festival has to be held by festival specialists because there are no festival specialists who have expert skill about the planning and production of festival in Jeongeup. In conclusion, Hwangtohyeon Donghak Festival must aim for historical experience festival basing on Jeongeup’s historical true characters and play an role as multi-function space to attract many tourists in Jeongeup and have many new programs to satisfy family-unit tourists, and have festival specialists who have expert skill about the planning and production of festival in Jeongeup.
