Managing the personnel in tourist management is most important since people constitute its main resource. Also the reality is that this job in service occupation is very high, compared to ether jobs and this is the beginning point of this study. This study aims to understand the following points; how the leadership in tourist manager influences turnover intention, whether sense of responsibility which results in organizational commitment; and how much organizational commitment can lower job-changing rates. In order to achieve such aims in this study, research in literature is conducted hand in hand with pragmatic research, as investigational research. employees in tourist business have a high job-changing rates, just like other service organizations and present study shows that the feeling of identity with organization and other intractable reasons and situations which compel them to keep their jobs reduce their turnover intentions. However, negative organizational devotion can not be solved within the dimension of organization and therefore it should be provided that each employees have a feeling of identity with the tourist company, centering on the feeling of identifying with organization, both emotional and sentimental.
