Rapid development in internet technology forms a new revolution in the era of digital economics. Internet technology also has been known as a medium that facilitate people to access information easily. In conjunction with the current technology circumstances which is become better and better and also widely accepted, therefore it should be taken as an advantage by the entrepreneur of the tourism services company especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to improve their services. This research conducted to identify some factors such as environment factors, organization factors and marketing strategy factors that contribute to the successful usage of the internet technology by the SMEs.
