Rapid changes in business environment and corporate management paradigm shift to make the company a competitive advantage in a strategic way has caused many changes.
Thus, firms respond to the changing business environment and to promote competitive advantage, outsourcing, downsizing and a variety of management techniques are used. The hypotheses are established to reveal the relation among several factors and summarized.
In this study, We have focused the fact that the relationship between shipper and 3PL firm has been changing into the partnership relation which helps both firms maintain their supply chain efficiently. All in all, one of the main contribution of this study is to show that logistics service quality and relationship orientation affect supply chain performance positively.
