영문 초록

This thesis analyzes the existing problems of hospitality training. But the competition among hotels is becoming more and more serious. This situation demands that the diathesis of hotel staff must be increased. For these reasons, government, training institutions, and hotels are all involved in searching for countermeasures in order to improve the training qualities. Not only will hotels benefit from my study, but also it will conduce to training institutions. I hope the hospitality training must be scientific and standardization, and will play an important role in improving hotels' service qualities and ensuring every hotel can earn more money.
